No Right to Continued Employment or Benefits. No provision in this Agreement shall create any third party beneficiary or other right in any Person (including any beneficiary or dependent thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, in respect of continued, resumed or new employment with Seller, Parent, or Buyer (or any Affiliate of Seller, Parent, or Buyer) or in respect of any benefits that may be provided, directly or indirectly, under any plan or arrangement maintained by Seller, Parent, Buyer or any Affiliate of Seller, Parent or Buyer. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Buyer is under no obligation to hire any employee of Seller, provide any employee with any particular benefits, or make any payments or provide any benefits to those employees of Seller whom Buyer chooses not to employ.
