No Right to Continued Service as a Director. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries to Terminate the Participant’s service as a Director to the extent the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws so provide, nor confer upon the Participant any right to continuance of employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or continuance of service as a Board member.
