No Right to Contract. Resident shall not represent to any third person or entity that Resident is authorized to enter into any contract for or on behalf of Hospital and shall not execute any contract for or on behalf of Hospital or attempt to bind Hospital to any obligation without Hospital’s specific and prior written consent.
