No Right to Distributions in Kind. No Member shall be entitled to demand property other than cash in connection with any distributions by the Company. No Member shall be entitled to withdraw from the Company in accordance with Section 183.0802(3)(a) of the Act, and except as provided in Section 6.2(c), no Member shall be entitled to obtain the return of any part of its Capital Contribution in the Company.
