No Right to Distributions. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Stockholder shall have any right to distributions except as may be authorized by the Board of Directors. Without limiting the preceding sentence, no Stockholder shall have the right to a return of such Stockholder’s capital or the right to receive distributions in a form other than cash.
