No Right to Employment. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on the Optionee any right to continue in the employ of, or other relationship with, the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership or any Partnership Subsidiary or limit in any way the right of the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership or any Partnership Subsidiary to terminate the Optionee’s employment or other relationship at any time, with or without cause.

No Right to Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer on upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ as an employee, officer or director of, or other relationship withconsultant or advisor to, the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership Parent or any Partnership Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries, or limit interfere in any way the with any right of the Company, any Company Subsidiary, the Partnership Parent or any Partnership Subsidiary its Subsidiaries to terminate the Optionee’s employment or other relationship therewith at any timetime for any reason whatsoever without liability to the Company, with any Parent or without causeany of its Subsidiaries.
