No right to enforce. This License Agreement conveys no right to Licensee to enforce the Licensed Patents, nor does it obligate Licensor in any way to enforce the Licensed Patents on behalf of Licensee. Licensor reserves to itself all rights to enforce or not enforce the Licensed Patents, including the right to grant additional nonexclusive licenses or to ▇▇▇ for patent infringement and retain all damages collected therefrom.
