Common use of No Right to Use Regulatory Information Clause in Contracts

No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 5.01: (a) none of Baxter or any of the Baxter Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information to the extent exclusively related to any Baxalta Products; and (b) none of Baxalta or any of the Baxalta Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Baxter or any of the Baxter Subsidiaries for any products in the Baxter Business.
