No Rights as Employee, Director or Consultant. Nothing in this RSU Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company or any Company Affiliate to terminate your employment or Service for any reason, with or without Cause, and nothing in this RSU Agreement or the Plan, or the grant of the RSUs to you, entitles you to continued employment or Service with the Company or any Company Affiliate.
