No Rights As Holder of Pre-Emptive Right Securities. CBG shall not have any rights whatsoever as a holder of any of the Pre-Emptive Right Securities (including any right to receive dividends or other distributions therefrom or thereon) until CBG shall have acquired the Pre-Emptive Right Securities.
