NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. The Director shall not, by virtue hereof, be entitled to any rights of a shareholder in the Corporation, either at law or equity. The rights of the Director are limited to those expressed in this Option and are not enforceable against the Corporation except to the extent set forth herein.
