Common use of No Rights as Stockholder or Employee Clause in Contracts

No Rights as Stockholder or Employee. (a) The Optionee shall not have any privileges of a stockholder of the Company with respect to any Option Shares subject to (but not acquired upon valid exercise of) the Option, nor shall the Company have any obligation to issue any dividends or otherwise afford any rights to which shares of Common Stock are entitled with respect to any such Option Shares, until the date of the issuance to the Optionee of a stock certificate evidencing such shares.

No Rights as Stockholder or Employee. (a) The Optionee shall not have any privileges of a stockholder of the Company Corporation with respect to any Option Shares subject to (but not acquired upon valid exercise of) the Option, nor shall the Company Corporation have any obligation to issue any dividends or otherwise afford any rights to which shares of Common Stock are entitled with respect to any such Option Shares, until the date of the issuance to the Optionee of a stock certificate evidencing such shares. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT OR THE OPTION SHALL CONFER UPON THE OPTIONEE ANY RIGHT TO CONTINUE AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CORPORATION OR TO INTERFERE IN ANY WAY WITH THE RIGHT OF THE CORPORATION TO TERMINATE THE OPTIONEE'S EMPLOYMENT AT ANY TIME.
