Common use of No Rights as Stockholder Clause in Contracts

No Rights as Stockholder. The Optionee shall have no rights as a stockholder with respect to any Shares subject to the Option prior to the date of issuance to the Optionee of a certificate or certificates for such Shares.

No Rights as Stockholder. The Optionee shall have no rights as a stockholder with of the Company in respect of the Shares as to any Shares subject to which the Option prior to the date of issuance to the Optionee of a certificate or certificates for such Sharesshall not have been exercised and payments made therefore as herein provided.
