No Rights of Agents to Compensation Paid by Distributor. Agents shall have no interest in this Agreement or right to any commissions to be paid by the Distributor to the General Agent. The General Agent shall be solely responsible for the payment of any commission or consideration of any kind to Agents. The General Agent shall have no interest in any compensation paid by an Equitable Life Company to the Distributor, now or hereafter, in connection with the sale of any Contracts under this Agreement.
