No Rights Of Construction Liens. The DB acknowledges that Owner is a governmental entity and therefore the provisions of the Florida Construction Lien Law, Chapter 713, Florida Statutes shall not apply to the Project. The DB shall reasonably notify its subcontractors and suppliers that such provisions do not apply and agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to correct any attempts to invoke such provisions.
