Common use of No Rights of Offset Clause in Contracts

No Rights of Offset. Purchaser waives and relinquishes any and all rights to set off or to apply any monies held or indebtedness or other obligations now or hereafter owing by Purchaser to Sellers or any of their Affiliates against any obligations of Sellers or any of their Affiliates now or hereafter existing under this Agreement or any other agreement, instrument, certificate or similar document required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
