Common use of NO RIGHTS OF RESCISSION OR TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

NO RIGHTS OF RESCISSION OR TERMINATION. No Party shall be entitled to rescind or terminate this Agreement in any circumstances whatsoever (whether before or after Closing), other than as specified in this Agreement. This shall not exclude any liability for (or remedy in respect of) fraudulent misrepresentation.

NO RIGHTS OF RESCISSION OR TERMINATION. No Party Other than in accordance with clause 3.7 or 5.3, neither party shall be entitled to rescind rescind, dissolve or otherwise terminate this Agreement in any circumstances whatsoever (whether before or after Closing), other than as specified in this Agreement.
