Common use of No Rights of Retention Clause in Contracts

No Rights of Retention. Lessee hereby waives any and all rights of retention which it may have or which at any time hereafter may be conferred upon it, by virtue of law or otherwise, related to any replacement of Parts, alterations, modifications or additions that Lessee may make to any Airframe or any Engine. Lessee hereby expressly releases Lessor and the Secured Parties from any and all obligations, whether present or future, to indemnify or reimburse Lessee for any of the aforementioned replacements, alterations, modifications, improvements or additions.
