Common use of No Rights of Third Parties Clause in Contracts

No Rights of Third Parties. Any entity or individual who is not a Party to this CCSLA shall have no right to enforce any term of the CCSLA, regardless of whether such entity or individual has been identified by name, as a member of a class or as answering a particular description.
