No Rights or Liability as Stockholder. The Warrants do not entitle the Holders to any voting rights, dividends or other rights as a stockholder of the Company prior to the exercise hereof, except as expressly set forth in herein. No provision thereof and no mere enumeration therein of the rights or privileges of the Holders shall give rise to any liability of any Holder for the Exercise Price hereunder or as a stockholder of the Company, whether such liability is asserted by the Company or by creditors of the Company.
