Common use of No Rights to Demand Return of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

No Rights to Demand Return of Capital Contributions. No --------------------------------------------------- Member shall be entitled to withdraw any part of its or his Capital Contribution, to receive any distribution from the Company or to cause a partition of the assets of the Company except as expressly provided in this Agreement. No Member shall be paid interest on any Capital Contribution or receive any salary or compensation with respect to its Capital Contribution or Capital Account or for services rendered to or on behalf of the Company or otherwise in its capacity as a Member, except as specifically provided in this Agreement.
