Common use of NO RIGHTS TO THIRD PARTIES Clause in Contracts

NO RIGHTS TO THIRD PARTIES. All of the terms, conditions, rights and duties provided for in the Agreement are, and shall always be, solely for the benefit of the Members. It is the intent of the Members that no third party shall ever be the intended beneficiary of any performance, duty or right created or required pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted to preclude the work of the Authority being done on private land.
