Common use of No Securities Transactions Clause in Contracts

No Securities Transactions. Neither Sellers, nor any of their affiliates, directly or indirectly, shall engage in any transactions involving the securities of Buyer prior to the time of the making of a public announcement of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Company shall use its best efforts to require each of its officers, directors, managers, members employees, agents and representatives to comply with the foregoing requirement.
