Nothing in this Indenture or in the Debt Securities or Coupons, express or implied, shall be construed to constitute a security interest or mortgage or other pledge of collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code or similar legislation or real property laws, as now or hereafter enacted and in effect in any jurisdiction where property of the Company or its Subsidiaries is or may be located.
