Common use of No Security Interests Clause in Contracts

No Security Interests. LESSEE will not create or agree to or permit to arise any Security Interest (other than Permitted Liens) on or with respect to the Aircraft, title thereto or any interest therein. LESSEE will forthwith, at its own expense, take all action as may be necessary to discharge or remove any such Security Interest if it exists at any time. LESSEE will within five (5) Business Days after becoming aware of the existence of any such Security Interest give written notice thereof to LESSOR.

No Security Interests. LESSEE will not create or agree to or permit to arise any Security Interest (other than Permitted Liens) on or with respect to the Aircraft, title thereto or any interest therein. LESSEE will forthwith, at its own expense, take all action as may be reasonably necessary to discharge or remove any such Security Interest if it exists at any time. LESSEE will within five (5) Business Days after becoming aware of the existence of any such Security Interest give written notice thereof to LESSOR.

LESSEE will forthwithpromptly, at its own expense, take all action as may be necessary to discharge or remove any such Security Interest if it exists at any time. LESSEE will within five (5) Business Days promptly after becoming aware of the existence of any such Security Interest give written notice thereof to LESSOR.

LESSEE will within five twenty-four (524) Business Days hours after becoming aware of the existence of any such Security Interest give written notice thereof to LESSOR.
