Common use of No Security Interests Clause in Contracts

No Security Interests. The Customer shall not sell, dispose of, part with possession of, charge, encumber, grant a security interest in or otherwise do anything else inconsistent with TRT’s ownership of any Capital Goods and/or Goods while TRT retains ownership of or any other interest in those Capital Goods and/or Goods.
