No Segregation of Monies Required; No Interest. Except as provided in the Lease or the Trust Indenture, monies received by the Owner Trustee hereunder need not be segregated in any manner except to the extent required by law, and may be deposited under such general conditions as may be prescribed by law, and shall be invested as provided in Section 4.02 hereof, and except as provided in such Section 4.02, the Owner Trustee shall not be liable for any interest thereon.
