No separation right. Each of the Shareholders expressly and irrevocably waives and undertakes not to exercise during the term of this Agreement any right to require from the Company that the latter acquires its Shares in accordance with section 348 bis of the Spanish Corporations Law as a result of the Company not distributing the minimum dividend set out in such provision.
