No Set-Off, Etc. The obligations of the Borrowers to make payments under this Agreement shall be unconditional and such payments by the Borrowers shall be made strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, without any claim, set-off, defence or other right which the Borrowers or either one of them may have at any time against the Agent a Lender or any other Person or entity, whether in connection with this Agreement or otherwise.
