No Setoff or Deductions. The Guarantor shall make all payments hereunder without setoff or counterclaim. The Guarantor agrees to the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Credit Agreement that are applicable to the Guarantor, and such provisions are hereby incorporated by reference herein. The obligations of the Guarantor under this paragraph shall survive the payment in full of the Guaranteed Obligations and termination of this Agreement.
