No Shareholder Rights Prior to Exercise. Neither the Participant nor the Participant’s legal representative, legatee or distributee shall be deemed to be the holder of any Shares subject to the Option and such persons shall not have any rights of a shareholder unless and until such Shares have been issued and delivered to such person.
