Common use of No Shareholder Rights Until Exercise; Additional Rights Clause in Contracts

No Shareholder Rights Until Exercise; Additional Rights. Except as expressly provided herein, this Warrant does not entitle Holder to any voting rights or other rights as a shareholder of Company prior to the exercise hereof. Company agrees that if it shall at any time in any manner grant to or confer upon any other holder of a warrant any right or benefit that has the effect of establishing rights or otherwise benefiting the holder of any such warrant, in their capacity as holder of such warrant, in a manner more favorable than the rights and benefits established in favor of the Holder (“Additional Rights”) then, in each case, the Holder shall automatically and without further action on behalf of Holder or Company receive substantially the same rights and benefits as the Additional Rights afforded to such other holder of a warrant.
