No Signature Program. You may participate in the American Express No Signature Program. The No Signature Program allows establishments not to request a signature from Cardholders on the Sales Draft. To qualify for the No Signature Program, both the establishment and each Charge must meet the following criteria: Establishment Criteria. If your establishment is classified in an industry that accepts in-person Charges, then the establishment may participate in the No Signature Program with the exception of the following categories:
No Signature Program. Your Establishments may participate in our No Signature Program which allows Establishments not to request a signature from Cardmembers on the Charge Record. If we classify your Establishment in an industry that accepts in-person Charges, then the Establishment may participate in the No Signature Program with the exception of the following: (i) Establishments that we consider to be high- risk; (ii) Establishments placed in the Immediate Chargeback Program (also referred to as the Fraud Full Recourse Program in our materials) and
