Common use of No Solicitation; No Hire Clause in Contracts

No Solicitation; No Hire. During the Term and for five years thereafter, Buyer agrees that it shall not, and will ensure that its agents and affiliates do not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit or attempt to solicit for employment any persons employed by Rapiscan or its affiliates or any party contracted by Rapiscan to provide Services to Buyer.

During Following delivery of the Term Product(s) to be delivered to Buyer hereunder and for five years thereafter, Buyer agrees that it shall not, and will ensure that its agents and affiliates do not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit or attempt to solicit for employment any persons employed by Rapiscan or its affiliates or any party contracted by Rapiscan to provide Services to Buyer.

During Following delivery of the Term Product(s) to be delivered to Buyer hereunder and for five years 12 months thereafter, Buyer agrees that it shall not, and will ensure that its agents and affiliates do not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit or attempt to solicit for employment any persons employed by Rapiscan or its affiliates or any party contracted by Rapiscan to provide Services to Buyer.

No Solicitation; No Hire. During the Term and for five years twelve months thereafter, Buyer agrees that it shall not, and will ensure that its agents and affiliates do not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit or attempt to solicit for employment any persons employed by Rapiscan or its affiliates or any party contracted by Rapiscan to provide Services to Buyer.
