No Solicitation of Employees. Executive will not directly or indirectly, at any time during the Term and the 12-month period after termination of Executive’s employment, either for Executive or for any other person or entity, recruit or solicit for hire any employee, officer, director or other personnel of the Employer or any of the Related Companies, or to induce or encourage such a person or entity to terminate his, her or its relationship, or breach an agreement, with the Employer or one of the Related Companies.
