Common use of No Solicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

No Solicitation of Employees. Employee agrees that he will not, during his employment with Employer, and for one (1) year thereafter, encourage or solicit any other employee of Employer to terminate his or her employment for any reason, nor will he assist others to do so.
