NO SOLICITATION OF PATIENTS. Employee will not use any confidential or proprietary information to solicit patients with respect to products or services that are then competitive with one or more products or services of the Company. This prohibition includes Employee's actions as an employee, independent contractor, owner, director, officer with any organization or sole proprietor that is in any way competitive to the Company.
