No Solicitation of Patients. The Employee shall not, either during the Employment Period or the Restricted Period, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any patients of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries for the purpose of selling to the patient any products or services which are the same as or substantially similar to, or in any way competitive with, the products or services sold by the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries during the Employment Period or at the end thereof, as the case may be.
