No Soliciting. While employed by Company and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, except without express prior written approval of the Board, Executive shall not engage in conduct that interferes with the Company's business including, without limitation, by: (a) planning for, acquiring any financial interest in, or performing any services for Executive or any other person or entity in connection with a business in which Executive's interest, duties or activities require Executive to utilize or reveal any Confidential Information; (b) attempting to employ, enticing, encouraging or soliciting for employment by others, any of Company's employees; (c) inducing or attempting to induce a consultant or other independent contractor to sever his or her relationship with Company; (d) diverting or attempting to divert (by solicitation or otherwise) or obtaining business from any of Company's clients or customers; (e) making known to any person, firm, corporation or other entity the identities or addresses of any client or customer; or (f) soliciting, causing to be solicited or accepting the disclosure of any Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever except as expressly required by Company in order to enable Executive to perform all job duties required of Executive herein.
