No Stay. Without limitation of any other provision of this Agreement, if any exercise or condition to exercise of rights or remedies under or with respect to any Guaranteed Obligation shall at any time be stayed, enjoined or prevented for any reason (including but not limited to stay or injunction resulting from the pendency against the Borrower or any other Persons of a bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or similar proceeding), the Guarantors agree that, for the purposes of this Agreement and their obligations hereunder, the Guaranteed Obligations shall be deemed to have been requested and such other exercise or conditions to exercise shall be deemed to have been taken or met.
