No Stockholder Meetings, etc. For so long as this Agreement remains in effect, each Company Stockholder agrees that it shall not seek to call a special meeting of the stockholders of the Company or deliver or caused to be delivered any written consent, in person or in proxy, with respect to such Company Stockholder’s Subject Shares.
