Common use of No Sub-Lease of Land Clause in Contracts

No Sub-Lease of Land. The Concessionaire shall not sub-lease the whole or any part of the land comprising the Project Site, leased to it by Authority under the Land Lease Agreement, to any person in any form or under any arrangement, device or method. This is an essential condition of this Agreement, the breach of which shall constitute a Concessionaire Event of Default that shall entitle the Authority to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 hereof.
