Common use of No Subordination or Postponement Clause in Contracts

No Subordination or Postponement. Any reference in any of the Loan Documents to Liens permitted under this Credit Agreement or under any other Loan Document is not intended to subordinate or postpone, and shall not be interpreted as subordinating or postponing, or as an agreement to subordinate or postpone any Lien created by any of the Loan Documents to any Liens permitted hereunder or under such other Loan Document. The collateral security set forth in subsection (a) of this Section 5.1 shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Collateral”. The security agreements, assignments, collateral assignments and any other documents and instruments from time to time executed and delivered pursuant to this Credit Agreement to grant a security interest in the Collateral, including, without limitation, the Security Agreements, the Collateral Account Pledges, the Collateral Agency Agreement and the Control Agreements, and any documents or instruments amending or supplementing the same, shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Collateral Documents.”
