No Subsidiary Guarantees of Certain Indebtedness. Other than in connection with its purchase of corn for its corn flour production or wheat for its wheat flour production, the Company will not permit any of its Material Subsidiaries, directly or indirectly, to guarantee or otherwise become liable or responsible for, in any manner, any Indebtedness of the Company.
