No Sufficiency Warranty by VRA; Local Government Required to Complete Project. VRA makes no warranty, either express or implied, that the Purchase Price will be sufficient to pay all or any particular portion of the Project Costs. If the Purchase Price is not sufficient to pay in full the cost of the Project, the Local Government shall complete the Project at its own expense and shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from VRA or any abatement, diminution or postponement of its payments under the Local Bond or this Agreement.
