Common use of No Supplanting of Existing Public Funds Clause in Contracts

No Supplanting of Existing Public Funds. The Children’s Trust funding may not be used as a substitute for existing resources or for resources that would otherwise be available for children’s services, or to replace funding previously provided by, and currently available from, local or state or federal funding sources for the same purpose. A violation of this section is a material breach of this Contract.
