Common use of No Supplanting Clause in Contracts

No Supplanting. Grant Funds under this Agreement shall not replace funds that have been budgeted for the same purposes through non-Federal sources. Subrecipient may be required to demonstrate and document that a reduction in non-Federal resources occurred for reasons other than receipt or expected receipt of Federal funds.
