No Supply Restrictions On Second Source. Acorda shall not place or attempt to place any restriction on supply from the Second Source to Elan or its licensees for sale in the Elan Territory, except to the extent of the restrictions on supply by Elan under Clause 2.2. In particular, Acorda shall not place or attempt to place any restriction on supplies from the Second Source to Elan for sale in the Elan Territory or its licensees after the end of the Term.
