No Surveys. Seller shall not provide any survey of the Timberlands to Purchaser. Purchaser agrees that the obtaining of any survey of the Timberlands or any portion thereof shall not be a condition precedent to Purchaser’s obligation to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements and that any survey obtained by Purchaser shall be at its sole cost and expense.
