No Suspension of Remedies. The failure to make a payment in respect of the Guarantees by reason of any provision of this Article Thirteen shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default under Section 6.01. Nothing contained in this Article Thirteen shall limit the right of the Trustee or the Holders of Notes to take any action to accelerate the maturity of the Notes pursuant to Article Six or to pursue any rights or remedies hereunder or under applicable law, subject to the rights, if any, under this Article Thirteen of the holders, from time to time, of Guarantor Senior Indebtedness.

Nothing contained in this Article Thirteen Sixteen shall limit the right of the Trustee or the Holders of Notes the Securities to take any action to accelerate the maturity of the Notes Securities pursuant to Article Six Five or to pursue any rights or remedies hereunder or under applicable law, subject to the rights, if any, under this Article Thirteen Sixteen of the holders, from time to time, of Guarantor Senior Indebtedness.
